Order processing and dispatch
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) are usually packed and dispatched the same or next working day.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next working day.
- Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch — please keep your phone reachable.
Most orders leave our Quetta store within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery time
These are estimates — actual delivery can occasionally take longer due to weather, road conditions or courier load, especially around Eid and peak seasons.
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta): 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Remote areas: 5–7 working days, depending on courier coverage.
Shipping charges
- Delivery is completely free on every order, nationwide — no minimum purchase and no hidden fees.
- Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay.
- There are no hidden charges for Cash on Delivery.
Courier partners
We ship nationwide through trusted courier services such as TCS, Leopards and M&P, selected per destination for the fastest and safest route. You will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Packaging for freshness
Dry fruits, nuts and dates are sealed in food-grade, airtight packs and cushioned inside sturdy outer cartons. Dates and delicate dried fruits receive extra protection so they arrive exactly as they left Quetta.
Delivery address
- Please provide a complete address with house/street, area, city and a working phone number.
- The courier will attempt delivery and call the number provided; two failed attempts may return the parcel to us.
- Address changes are possible before dispatch — contact us as early as you can.
Delays and issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, track it with the number provided or contact us — we will follow up with the courier and keep you updated until it reaches you.
International shipping
We currently deliver within Pakistan only. For bulk or international enquiries, please contact us directly and we will do our best to help.
