Quetta Mart is a premium dry fruits, dried fruits, nuts and dates store based in Quetta, Pakistan, delivering nationwide. By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, and it is dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order in rare cases — for example if a product is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or payment could not be verified. If this happens after payment, a full refund is issued.
Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions and availability may change without prior notice, but changes never affect an order we have already confirmed.
Products, weights and natural variation
Dry fruits, nuts and dates are natural agricultural products. Size, colour, taste and appearance may vary slightly between seasons and harvests — this is a sign of authenticity, not a defect.
- Product images are for illustration; packaging may differ slightly while the contents remain as described.
- Net weight refers to the weight of the product itself, excluding outer packaging.
- We hand-check every pack before dispatch to meet our premium grade standard.
Payment methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available nationwide; please keep the exact amount ready for the rider.
- Bank transfer, Easypaisa and JazzCash — orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
- Online card payments — processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment partners.
Quetta Mart never asks for your card PIN, banking password or OTP. If someone claiming to be us does, do not share it and contact us immediately.
Delivery
Delivery is handled under our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery at the address provided. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate — delays caused by incorrect details are beyond our control.
Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — the Quetta Mart name and logo, product photography, text and design — is the property of Quetta Mart and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our products are food items and should be stored and consumed as directed on the packaging. To the extent permitted by law, Quetta Mart's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Customers with nut allergies should review product descriptions carefully, as our facility handles tree nuts, peanuts and seeds.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be addressed through friendly discussion; failing that, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quetta, Balochistan.
